Admission Basis for Different Programs
GGSIPU will admit students into its law programs, BA LLB and LLB, on the basis of CLAT scores for the academic year 2025-25 following Supreme Court's order.

Choice Locking
There is no separate provision for locking choices. The system automatically locks the choices submitted and saved by the candidate at 5:00 PM on the last date of choice locking, as mentioned in the Counselling Schedule.
Printing Filled Choices
Candidates can take a printout of their filled choices during the choice filling period. The "Print your filled Choices" menu provides this option.
Documents for Distance Learning Candidates
Candidates who passed their qualifying examination through the distance or open education system must submit specific documents during counselling. These include documentary evidence of the study centre location and a certificate from the university imparting open or distance education certifying the study centre location.
Seat Distribution
Seat distribution is generally 85% for the Delhi Region and 15% for the Outside Delhi Region. For Self Financing Institutes, the sanctioned intake may include 10% Management Quota seats, which reduces the seats available for general allocation.
Delhi Region Eligibility
A candidate is considered under the Delhi Region if they qualified for their 12th certificate examination or equivalent from within the Delhi region. A candidate is considered under the Outside Delhi Region if they qualified for their 12th certificate examination or equivalent from outside the Delhi region.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for Undergraduate level programmes with 12th pass as the entry qualification is 21 years. For Post Graduate programmes with Graduation as the entry qualification, the upper age limit is 35 years. The Competent Authority may relax the upper age limit, and there is no upper age limit for the MBBS programme.
Choice Modification After Last Date
After the last date, the choices filled by the candidate are considered locked. No modifications are allowed after this point.
Counselling Registration Fee
Candidates must pay a sum of One thousand rupees at the time of counselling. This fee is non-refundable.
