For the Agriculture program, you need a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Biotechnology, Agri. Business Management, Animal Husbandry, Sericulture, or an equivalent degree. The degree must be of four years duration from an agriculture-related university.

MCAER PG CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed their undergraduate degree in a related field with 55% marks in aggregate or 5.5 CGPA. This is the basic requirement for admission into their preferred program.
Candidates from reserved categories need a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or 5.0 CGPA. The reserved categories include Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Vimukta Jati (A) (VJ-a), Nomadic Tribes (B) (NT-b), Nomadic Tribes (C) (NT-c), Nomadic Tribes (D) (NT-d), Other Backward Class (OBC), Special Backward Category (SBC), Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Physically Handicapped (PH).

MCAER PG CET 2024 Application Form Guidelines
Candidates must follow the instructions below to fill the MCAER PG CET 2024 Application Form. These guidelines cover the steps before and during form submission.
- Applicants must confirm they meet the eligibility requirements before appearing for the examination.
- Applicants must have a valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Applicants must fill the Online Application Form carefully and upload scanned copies of photographs and signatures. The photograph size should not exceed 35KB, and the signature size should not exceed 30KB.
- Applicants must remember the password they set, as it is required for logging into the admissions portal later.
- Changes to the Online Application Form can be made before clicking the Submit Button. Candidates should verify all entries before submission. Once submitted, no changes can be made.
- After submitting the Online Application Form, candidates should take a printout of the acknowledgment. This printout will include details such as the application fees.

- Applicable bank charges plus taxes will be recovered at the time of payment.
Note: Appearing for the CET alone does not guarantee admission to any faculty without the prescribed eligibility for that faculty. Admission is granted only after verification of original documents as per the eligibility criteria of the respective degree program.

Exam Day Instructions for MCAER PGCET 2024
The MCAER PGCET 2024 exam duration is 2 hours. Candidates must follow the exam day instructions given below.
- Failure to make full and correct statements in the application form, or suppression of any information, will lead to disqualification. Such a candidate will be debarred from the examination or the entire admission process at any stage.
- Candidates must follow the instructions given by the Supervisors or Invigilators at all stages of the examination. Violation of these instructions may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Calculators, books, notebooks, written notes, smart-watches, mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the examination hall. A candidate found possessing such material, whether in use or not, will be deemed to have used unfair means and will be liable for disciplinary action.
- Using unfair means or engaging in malpractice will make a candidate liable for punishment under the "Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act, Universities, Board and Other Specified Examination Act, 1982" and will lead to disqualification.
- Any issue not dealt with above will be dealt with, when it arises, fully and finally by the competent authority.

Cut-offs
MCAER PGCET 2024 Cut Off
MCAER PGCET 2024 cut off for all colleges will be released by the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities Examination Board (MAUEB). The cut off marks for all categories are released online along with the MCAER PGCET 2024 result on the official website.
Based on the cut off marks, the conducting body releases a merit list. This list contains the names and ranks of shortlisted applicants.
- Applicants are shortlisted for MCAER PGCET 2024 Counselling based on their performance compared to the cutoffs.
