NEET PG Syllabus 2026: What’s New?
NBEMS has introduced structural changes to NEET PG 2026. The total questions drop from 200 to 180, reducing the maximum marks from 800 to 720.
A section-wise time-bound format is also new for 2026. Once a section ends, you cannot return to it. These changes are officially notified in the Information Bulletin released on July 1, 2026. The topic-wise syllabus content itself remains stable for 2026.

NEET PG 2026 Syllabus: Pre-Clinical Subjects
Pre-clinical subjects cover the foundational medical sciences from the first two MBBS years. Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry together contribute approximately 42–48 questions — around 26% of the 180-question paper.

Anatomy is one of the highest-weightage pre-clinical subjects. You should prioritise clinical and applied anatomy over descriptive anatomy. Image-based identification questions appear regularly in this subject.

What is NEET PG?

How to Apply

Admit Card

Result and Counselling
