SRMJEEM 2024 Registration Started

SRMJEEM 2024 registration for MBA programmes has begun for all three phases. The application form is available on the official website, applications.srmist.edu.in/mba.

The last dates to submit the SRMJEEM 2024 application form are February 18, April 22, and June 03, 2024, for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 respectively.

Application Fee

The SRMJEEM 2024 application fee is INR 1200. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking.

The application form is a one-time process and must be filled carefully. No edits or modifications are allowed after submission.

Important Instructions

The email ID submitted during registration will be used for all correspondence until enrollment is completed. Changing the email ID is not allowed under any circumstances.

If a candidate makes mistakes in the application form, there will be no refund of fees. The candidate must re-apply with a new email ID and make the payment again.

Admit Card and Exam Dates

After successful registration, candidates can download the SRMJEEM 2024 admit card. The exam dates are February 24, 2024, for Phase 1, April 27, 2024, for Phase 2, and June 08, 2024, for Phase 3.

Each phase of the exam has 2 slots. The exam is a qualifying joint entrance test for MBA courses at SRM University and associated colleges.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates from any country can apply for SRMJEEM 2024. There is no age limit and no limit on the number of attempts.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in management or an equivalent programme with 60% aggregate marks.

How to Apply

SRMJEEM 2024 Application Form

The SRMJEEM 2024 application form can be filled both online and offline. The steps for each method are given below.

Online Method

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official website applications.srmist.edu.in.
2. Click on Apply online.
3. Register with your name, a valid email ID and phone number.
4. Select faculty/college, specialization, and program.
5. Enter the captcha as displayed on your screen.
6. Tick on "I agree to receive information regarding my submitted applications by signing up on SRM Group Of Institutions".
7. A verification mail will be sent to the registered email ID. Click on the link provided in the mail.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

1. Provide the following details asked in the form:

• Preferences and Personal Details: Select the programme, campus and exam city. Fill in the personal details - name, contact number, email address, date of birth, PwD status and Aadhaar Card number.
• Details of the parents: Parents' name, mobile number, email address, occupation and designation.
• Address For Communication: Mention the country, state, district, city and correspondence address.
• Academic Details: Marks scored in Class X, XII and Graduation, year of passing, and Board/University studied in.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

1. Application fee of 1200 INR can be paid online using Debit/Credit card/Net banking or offline through a Demand Draft.
2. For paying the application fee through DD, the applicant must draw a DD of Rs. 1200 in favor of SRMIST, payable at Chennai. The DD along with the print out of Application Form must be sent to the following address.

Step 4: SRMJEEM 2024 Documents Uploading Guidelines

Candidates are required to upload the self attested scanned copies of the following documents:

SRMJEEM 2024 Application Fee Refund

The SRMJEEM 2024 application form is a one-time process and must be filled very carefully. There will be no refund of fees for making any mistakes or for rejection of the SRMJEEM 2024 application form. In such cases, the applicant will have to re-apply again with another email ID and make the payment again.

SRMJEEM 2024 Exam Pattern

SRMJEEM 2024 is a computer-based test with 100 objective type questions. The total time allotted is 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes).

The paper is set only in English. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

• All questions are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Each MCQ has only one correct answer out of four options.
• There is no sectional time limit.
• Candidates can attempt any section in any order within the total time.

The qualifying threshold for GD/PI shortlisting has remained unchanged across all cycles. Candidates need 60% overall and 50% in each section.

The number of SRM campuses and MBA specialisations in the SRMJEEM merit pool has grown each year. Competition for seats at the Kattankulathur (Chennai) campus has gradually intensified. Candidates targeting that campus should aim well above the 60% qualifying mark.

Once SRMIST activates the Phase 3 result link, candidates can access the scorecard through the official MBA admissions portal. The Registration Number and Password set up during the SRMJEEM 2026 application process are required.

The scorecard does not carry a centralised merit rank. SRMJEEM is a qualifying-and-merit exam rather than a competitive ranking exam. Your overall percentage is what matters for shortlisting, not a rank relative to every other candidate.

The merit rank within the shortlisted pool is determined after GD/PI results are also factored in.

SRM JEEM 2026 Qualifying Marks

To move from the written exam to the GD/PI stage, you must clear both an overall and a section-wise minimum score. These qualifying criteria apply uniformly. SRMIST has not announced separate category-wise relaxations for SRMJEEM scores.

Clearing the threshold gets you into the shortlist. It does not guarantee a seat.

Candidates who meet the qualifying score or the alternative exam cut score go through the same next stages. These stages are Psychometric Test, GD, and PI. There is no separate track for SRMJEEM vs. national-exam candidates at the interview stage.

What happens if I score 60% overall but below 50% in one section?

You will not be shortlisted for the GD/PI round, even if your overall score is above 60%. SRMIST requires you to clear both criteria — 60% aggregate AND 50% in every section individually.

If you scored below 50% in a section in Phase 1 or Phase 2, appearing in Phase 3 gives you a chance to improve before the final merit list is compiled.

SRM JEEM 2026 Expected Cutoff by Campus

SRMIST does not publish a fixed official cutoff score for SRMJEEM. The qualifying threshold of 60% is the minimum floor — not the effective admission benchmark.

At popular campuses like Kattankulathur (Chennai), competition among shortlisted candidates is higher. The effective merit score for securing a seat tends to be noticeably above 60%.
