SRM JEEM 2026 Overview
SRM JEEM is the entrance exam for MBA admission at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST). The exam is conducted in remote proctored online mode.
Candidates take the test from home on a desktop or laptop with a webcam. There is no physical exam centre.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Final-year undergraduate students who will complete their degree by April-May 2026 are also eligible to apply.
There is no age limit for SRM MBA admission.
Exam Pattern
SRM JEEM is conducted entirely online with remote proctoring. The proctoring system monitors candidates through the webcam and screen activity during the exam.
To appear for the exam, candidates must have a stable internet connection and a working webcam.
Scorecard Details
The SRM JEEM scorecard shows the candidate's name, registration number, exam phase, and exam date. It also displays section-wise scores across all five sections, the overall percentage, and the GD/PI shortlisting status.
Candidates can download the scorecard by logging into the official SRM MBA admissions portal at applications.srmist.edu.in/mba using their Registration Number and Password.
Result Declaration Timeline
Based on previous years, SRMIST typically declares the Phase 3 result within two to four weeks of the exam date. In 2025, the Phase 3 exam was on June 14 and the result came in July, roughly three weeks later.
For 2026, with Phase 3 on June 5-6, the result is expected by late June or early July 2026.
Application Fee
The application fee for SRM JEEM 2026 is ₹1,200. This covers registration and the right to appear in the exam.
The MBA programme fee is separate. It ranges from approximately ₹1.25 lakh at the Trichy campus to ₹5.40 lakh at the Andhra Pradesh campus for the full two-year programme.
Selection Process After Result
After clearing the qualifying threshold of 60% overall and 50% per section, candidates go through four more stages. These are a Psychometric Assessment, a Group Discussion or Case Discussion, a Personal Interview, and document verification.
Only after clearing all these stages and paying the programme fee does a candidate receive the final admission letter for SRM MBA 2026-27.
