The Institute has Separate hostels for Boys and Girls are located in the college campus under the name BGI Hostels which an home away from home for the Hostel Students.

There are three blocks namely Tunga, Bhadra, and Krishna for Boys and Kaveri, Nethravathi exclusively for Girls. The hostel is elegantly built with spacious rooms, nearly 735 boys and 930 girls have opted for the hostel.

Students can also opt for the Girls Hostel namely RR Block located in the city. It is purely optional for the Girl Students.

The Campus is on the verge of having International Girls Hostel with a capacity of 160 inmates equipped with best of the best facilities for the students.

The Ballari Institute of Technology & Management canteen caters to diverse dietary preferences while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation and handling.

With ample seating and quick service, it offers a convenient option for students to enjoy meals during breaks or lunchtime. The cafeteria offers different types of food, delicious snacks, and beverages to students at a pocket-friendly price.

BITM provides bus facility for students and staff members and it covers every nook and corner of the city. College owns fleet of 25 buses equipped with safety features fire extinguishers, First-aid Box and speed governor. Opting for College Bus transport will enable safe transport and convenience.
