AISEEE 2024 Registration Open

AISEEE 2024 registration is open. The last date to apply is the last week of February 2024 at kanchiuniv.ac.in.

AISEEE 2024 will be conducted in online mode tentatively from the 3rd week of March 2024.

A valid mobile number and email ID are required before registering for the admission test. After registration, applicants can fill the AISEEE 2024 application form by providing personal details, academic qualifications, and uploading necessary documents.

Applicants must pay the requisite fees for successful submission of the form.

• INR 500 for the General category
• INR 250 for the reserved category

Only forms with all details and paid application fees within the stipulated time will be considered. Only successful candidates will receive the AISEEE 2024 admit card.

AISEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for AISEEE 2024 is as laid down by the SCSVMV University. Applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility requirements before applying for the exam.

Nationality: Aspirants must be citizens of India.

Age Limit: The upper age limit for aspirants is 20 years as of July 1, 2024.

Qualifications Required for BE (Full Time) Courses

• Applicants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
• They are also eligible if they have a desirable score in the entrance exam of AISEEE/ JEE/ ERA (UNI-GAUGE).

Qualifications Required for Lateral Entry into BE

Candidates must possess any B.Sc Degree with an aggregate of 60% marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects or should have a Diploma in Engineering in the respective subject or equivalent.

Qualifications Required for Part-Time BE

Aspirants must have a Diploma in Engineering in the respective subject with 2 years of experience in the industry.

Note: Applicants appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the test provided they submit the required documents at the time of admission.

How to Fill AISEEE 2024 Application Form

AISEEE 2024 application forms will be available on the official website www.kanchiuniv.ac.in and also at various application sale counters. Only those candidates who apply for the test by successfully submitting the application forms and paying the fees can appear for the exam.

Pre-Requisites for filling AISEEE 2024 Application Form:

• Aspirants will require a valid email ID and mobile number for receiving official notification.
• Valid Debit card/Credit card in case the mode of payment student chooses is online.
• Candidates should have all the information regarding their educational qualifications handy before they start filling the Application Form.
• Scanned images of recent, passport-size photograph and signature of the applicant. They will also require scanned image of signature of their parent.

How to Apply for AISEEE 2024

The AISEEE 2024 application process has four steps: registration, filling the application form, uploading documents, and fee payment. Once details are saved, they cannot be edited later.

Step 1: AISEEE 2024 Registration

• Visit the official website and click on the 'Apply for BE and B Tech courses' option.
• Read the set of instructions provided.
• Fill in details like name, email ID, mobile number, state and city to register.
• Choose a password for the registration account.

Step 2: AISEEE 2024 Application Form

• A link will be sent to the registered email ID to proceed with further steps.
• Click on the link to open the application form on the screen.
• The form has 5 sections: Course Details, Application Details, Parents' Details, Communication Address and Academic Qualifications.
• In the Course Details section, choose 3 branches of engineering in decreasing order of preference.
• Fill in general details about yourself and your parents.
• Enter information about academic qualifications.
• Select the 'Next' option after completing this step.

Step 3: Uploading Documents

• Scanned copies of the photograph, candidate's signature and parent's signature are compulsory.
• Upload scanned images of a recent, passport-sized photograph and signature.
• Upload the scanned image of the parent's signature.
• File size should not be greater than 500 KB.
• Optional documents include proof of address, class 12th marksheet and statement of annual income.
• A preview of uploaded files will appear on the screen.
• Click on 'Next' after confirming that documents are uploaded correctly.

Step 4: Payment of Fees

• Pay the application fees as per your category and choose the appropriate mode of payment.
• Fees can be paid online via Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.
• Fees can also be paid by Demand Draft and Vouchers. Follow the instructions on the website page for these methods.
• Keep the receipt of fees safely.

Confirmation Page

After completing all steps successfully, a confirmation page will be generated. Take a print out of this page. It will have the application number of the student and will be needed for further rounds of admission.

Retrieving Password

If a student forgets the password, it can be retrieved by following these steps:

• Go to the login page and enter the application number.
• Click on 'Forgot Password' at the bottom of the login credentials.
• An email will be sent to the registered email ID to retrieve the password.
• Click on the link and choose a new password.
