CEE AMPAI 2024 is a pen and paper-based test, meaning it is conducted offline. The medium of the exam is English only, and the duration is 3 hours.

Question Format and Marking Scheme
The exam is comprised of multiple choice questions (MCQs) for PG courses. The total number of questions varies with the course chosen by the candidate.
Every question has 4 alternative responses, out of which the best answer should be chosen. There are 2 categories of questions: Category 1 gives +1 mark for each correct answer, and Category 2 gives +2 marks for a correct answer.
Negative marking is not applicable for CEE AMPAI 2024. The maximum marks a candidate can score are 150 for PG courses (200 for MBA).
Exam Pattern for MBA Course
- The question paper is divided into 5 sections: Language Comprehension, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Quantitative Techniques.
- Each section has 40 questions of 1 mark each.
- The maximum obtainable marks are 200.
Exam Pattern for MCA Course
- The question paper is divided into 2 sections: Mathematics and Aptitude Test.
- The Mathematics section has 80 questions, out of which 60 questions carry 1 mark each and the remaining 20 questions carry 2 marks.
- The Aptitude Test section has 50 questions of 1 mark each.
Exam Pattern for M Tech Course
- The test paper consists of a single section.
- It has 150 questions of 1 mark each, with the maximum obtainable marks being 150.
Exam Pattern for M Pharm Course
- The exam paper is divided into 2 sections.
- Section 1 has 100 questions of 1 mark each, while Section 2 has 25 questions of 2 marks each.
- The total marks for this test are 150.
Syllabus for CEE AMPAI 2024
The syllabus for CEE AMPAI 2024 is based on graduation-level knowledge for PG programs. The difficulty level of the test is generally moderate.

Syllabus for M.Tech
The syllabus of CEE AMPAI M.Tech is Mathematics and Physics. Mathematics includes Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, and 2-D and 3-D Geometry.
Physics includes Measurement dimension and unit, Electricity, Optics, Electromagnetic, Gravitation, Matter and Viscosity, Oscillation and Waves, Kinetic Theory of Gases, and Motion and Friction.

Marking Scheme
The marking scheme for CEE AMPAI 2024 is the same as it was for 2018. Negative marking is not applicable for the test.
- +1 mark is awarded for questions of Category 1 and +2 marks for questions of Category 2.
- No penalty is charged for wrong or incorrect answers.
- No marks are deducted for leaving a question blank or not attempting it.
- Indicating two options for a question is considered a wrong answer, and no marks are awarded for that question.

Important Instructions
Candidates must know the marking scheme to decide how to attempt the questions in the AMPAI entrance test. There has been no change in the marking scheme of CEE AMPAI 2024.
Exam Day Rules and Regulations
Students must follow the rules set by the Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutions (AMPAI) for the CEE AMPAI exam. These rules keep the exam hall orderly and the examination process smooth.
- Report to the designated test centre 45 minutes before the test starts.
- Carry the CEE AMPAI 2024 Admit Card, the Class 10th or 12th Board Hall ticket, and a black or blue ballpoint pen.
- Find the seat marked with the assigned Roll Number and occupy it.
- Write the "Question Booklet No. and Question Booklet Series" in the marked places on both the OMR answer sheet and the attendance sheet. OMR sheets without this information will not be evaluated.
- Darken the bubble completely to mark answers on the OMR sheet. Answers marked otherwise will not be counted.
- Ask the invigilator for help with technical issues, first aid, or test-related information.
- Do not leave the exam hall without handing the OMR sheet and question booklet to the invigilator. Leaving without submission can cancel the paper.
