GLA University Entrance Test Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: You must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board for most undergraduate programmes like B.Tech, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, BCA, and BBA LLB (Hons.). For postgraduate programmes like MBA, M.Tech, and LLM, you need a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • Required subjects: B.Tech needs Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry or Computer Science. B.Pharm and D.Pharm need Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics. BBA and BBA LLB (Hons.) accept any stream, while BCA accepts any stream with Mathematics preferred. MBA accepts any discipline, M.Tech needs a relevant engineering discipline, and LLM needs a law degree.
  • Minimum marks: For B.Tech and B.Pharm, General/OBC candidates need 60% and SC/ST candidates need 50%. For D.Pharm, General/OBC need 45% and SC/ST need 40%. For BBA and BCA, General/OBC need 50% and SC/ST need 45%. For MBA, General/OBC need 50% and SC/ST need 45%. For M.Tech and LLM, General/OBC need 55% and SC/ST need 50%. For BBA LLB (Hons.), General/OBC need 45% and SC/ST need 40%.
  • Additional condition: For B.Tech, you must also have passed Class 10 with at least 40% marks from a recognised board.
  • Age limit: The minimum age is 16 years for B.Tech and BBA, and 17 years for B.Pharm, as of the year of admission. There is no maximum age limit.
  • Provisional application: Students appearing in Class 12 Board exams in 2026 can apply on a provisional basis. Admission is confirmed once they submit final marksheets showing the required percentage.
