The GVSAT 2024 Application Form is available on the official website. Candidates must fill the form to appear for the scholarship program offered by Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
GVSAT 2024 will be conducted on May 28, 2024 for Phase 1. The Phase 2 exam will be conducted on June 30, 2024.

GVSAT 2024 Eligibility
GVSAT 2024 eligibility will be canceled by the exam conducting body if the candidate is not eligible to appear for the scholarship entrance test. Applicants are requested to go through the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for GVSAT 2024.
- Candidates must pass the 10+2 exam from a recognized board.
- For both B.Tech and dual degree, 60% marks in aggregate are essential.
- Candidates must pass 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects.
- Candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks in mathematics on the 10+2 board exam.
- For dual degrees, 65% marks in aggregate are required on subjects like mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
- Final year students can also apply for the GVSAT 2024 scholarship test.
- The candidate must be an Indian national supported by a valid government ID proof.
- NRI students are not eligible to apply for the GVSAT exam.
How to fill GVSAT 2024 Application Form
The GVSAT 2024 Application Form can be filled in both online and offline mode. Candidates are requested to visit the official site of Suresh Gyan Vihar University at www.gyanvihar.org/gvsat/ to register as a new user.
On the official website, the link "Suresh Gyan Vihar University Apply Online link" will be available. Candidates need to click on the link to fill the GVSAT 2024 Application Form online.
How to Apply for GVSAT 2024 (Online Mode)
The online application process for GVSAT 2024 begins with downloading the form from the official website. Follow the steps below to complete the registration.
- Click on the flashing link to download the application form.
- Enter your full name, father's name, valid email id, and contact number, then hit submit.
- An auto-generated email will be sent to the provided email id.
- You will receive the User Id and password in separate emails. The auto-generated password is a six-digit password.
- Use these credentials to log in to your account on the SGV University webpage.
- Click on the application form link and download the form.
- Select the course you want to enroll in and hit submit.
- You will be redirected to the duly filled form for review.
- Review and save the form before submission to verify all details.
- The final page is for payment of the application fee.
- Pay the fee of INR 750 via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
- After payment, a confirmation page will be generated showing successful submission.
- Take a printout of the receipt page for future processing.
How to Apply for GVSAT 2024 (Offline Mode)
Candidates can also apply for the scholarship test in offline mode. The offline process involves filling a physical form and sending it by courier.
- Visit the official website and download the application form.
- Save the form as a PDF and take a printout.
- Fill the form using a ball point pen. Do not use ink or gel pen to avoid misreading due to smudges.
- Self-attest the filled application form.
- Issue a demand draft in favor of SGV University from a nationalized bank.
- Self-attest the demand draft of INR 750 at the back along with your contact details.
- Courier both the filled application form and demand draft to the GVSAT Coordinator, SGV University, at the official postal address.
- Check the status of the offline application through the official website.
- If paying the application fee through bank challan, send a copy of the challan via courier along with the application form.
GVSAT 2024 Application Fee
The application fee for GVSAT 2024 is expected to be INR 750. The fee can be paid through both online and offline modes.
- For offline mode, enclose a demand draft of the same amount to GVSAT Coordinator, Suresh Gyan Vihar University Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur 302017, Rajasthan.
- Mention your name, mobile number, and the course opted for at the back of the demand draft.
- A bank challan can also be generated through the GVSAT 2024 official website.
- Deposit the challan with any AXIS bank branch across the country and submit a copy along with the filled application form to the GVSAT coordinator's postal address.
- Cash payment of the application fee is also accepted at the University fee counter under offline mode.

GVSAT 2024 Application Form Correction
There is no provision for form correction, so candidates must be cautious while filling the details. The details in the admit card are taken from the particulars filled in the form.
If the applicant observes a discrepancy in the admit card details, he or she can write to GVSAT Coordinator, Suresh Gyan Vihar University Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur 302017, Rajasthan, and request the required change. Any such modification will need justification and valid documentation to support it.

Admit Card
GVSAT Admit card will be available through online mode at the official website. The admit card will be available for download from the second week of May. It contains the details related to the exam date, time and venues, student name, roll no etc.
- Those students who have successfully submitted their GVSAT Application Form can only able to download their admit card.
- By entering the login credentials student can simply download their admit card. They should bring the hard copy of admit card at the time of examination.
- If candidates found without admit card, then he/ she shall not be permitted to appear for the exam.

How to download GVSAT Admit Card/ Hall Ticket
The admit card for online and offline examination can be downloaded online from the official website. Admit card will not be sent through post or courier. Students are advised to take the printout of the admit card. By following the below steps students can easily download the admit card:
- Visit the official website of GVSAT 2022.
- On the website homepage, click on the Admissions section
- Search the active link for GVSAT 2022 admit card
- Click on the Generate admit card tab
- For opening the admit card, enter the registration number and mobile number
- Click on the submit button
After clicking on the button, admit card will be appear on the screen. Students can download the screen for their future use.
Details on GVSAT Admit Card/ Hall Ticket
Details on the admit card should be correct that’s why candidates must check it carefully before downloading. Students can download their admit card by filling registration number/ name and mobile number. The admit card is auto generated for those who have successfully submitted the application form. Students are advised to provide valid E-mail ID while filling the form.

Discrepancy in GVSAT Admit Card/ Hall Ticket
Students photograph should be clear visible on the admit card. They should check their details carefully. In case, if students found any discrepancy, then they must tell the admission authorities immediately because without admit card they are not allowed to appear in GVSAT Exam.

Documents Required with Admit Card/ Hall Ticket
On the examination day, students must bring the original documents along with the admit card. They must contain the one set of photocopy of all the documents. Notification regarding admit card is published on the official website.

Students can choose the exam centre at the time of filling the application form. They must select the centre very carefully because it cannot be changed later. Students can check their examination centre on the e-admit card.

GVSAT 2022 Exam Day Instructions
Applicants must read the instruction carefully written on the admit card. Instructions are written on the backside of the admit card. Following are the list of mandatory instructions follow on the examination day:
- Students need to login with User ID and Password while conducting the online test. The User Id and Password will be provided by the centre in charge.
- Applicants must ensure that the computer allotted to them is switched on and any problem with computer should tell the invigilator immediately.
- The test will have total number of 120 questions and time duration to complete it is 2 hours. Students have to complete the test within the specific time and no extra time will be allotted.
- The paper is comprised of multiple choices of questions. Each correct answer will be awarded by 2 marks. There is no negative marking for wrong attempts. Each question will have at least 4 choices.
- Students must reach the assigned exam centre on or before the commencement of examination
- Electronic devices like calculator, watches, mobile phones etc are not allowed to the examination hall
- Printout of Admit card is mandatory
- Only two black or blue point pens are allowed
- Xerox copy of photo ID card
- Students must carry passport size photograph.
