How to Apply for KMAT 2025?
The KMAT 2025 application form can be filled in via online mode only. The same application form is used for both MBA/PGDM and MCA courses.
You must select your course while filling out the application form. Candidates must satisfy the KMAT Eligibility Criteria 2025 before applying.
Step 1: New User Registration
This is the first step in the registration process for KMAT 2025. To generate unique login credentials, candidates must enter all the required details.

Instructions for Filling KMAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates who want to take up both MBA and the MCA test will have to register for each test separately. Two separate Hall Tickets will be issued in such a case. It is advised to make a photocopy of the application form as proof of acknowledgment.
Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature
Candidates must scan and upload the required photo and signature as per the prescribed specifications. The specifications are given below.

Instructions for KMAT Photo and Signature
- The acceptable format for the scanned images is JPG or JPEG only.
- The photograph must be a recent passport size looking directly at the camera, in color preferably, against a white or light background.
- If there is a red-eye effect, then please edit the image to remove it.
- If you wear glasses, these should not be tinted glasses. Check to make sure that the photograph has no reflections. Your eyes and face should be visible.
- Wearing caps, hats, or any tinted or dark glasses is not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover the face.
Step 4: Payment of KMAT 2025 Application Fee
The fee has to be paid online through Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Wallets.
Step 5: Confirmation of KMAT Registration 2025
Candidates will receive a confirmation mail on their registered email ID after the successful submission of KMAT Application form and payment of the fee for KMAT 2024. Candidates are advised to save the mail for all future correspondences.
