National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria

  • You must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with English as a compulsory subject.
  • You do not need hospitality subjects in Class 12. Students from Science, Commerce, and Arts streams can apply.
  • If you have a compartment in Class 12, you can still apply. You must clear the exam and show proof of passing at admission.
  • General, General (EWS), and OBC candidates must not be more than 25 years old as on July 01, 2026.
  • SC, ST, and physically challenged candidates must not be more than 28 years old as on July 01, 2026.
