REAP Application Form Correction 2026

REAP 2026 does not offer a formal correction window. The official guidelines issued by CEG Rajasthan confirm that no correction facility is available after submission of the application form.

This is a key difference from national exams like JEE Main, which typically allow limited post-submission edits.

What This Means for You

  • No edits are possible to any field after you click "Submit". This applies to personal details, academic records, category, JEE Main scores, domicile information, and uploaded documents.
  • If you discover an error after submission, contact the REAP 2026 helpline (0141-2223051 / 0141-2223052) immediately. Resolution is not guaranteed and is entirely at the discretion of the conducting authority.
  • A wrong category selection (e.g., General instead of SC/ST, or incorrect EWS entry) directly impacts your merit list position and seat eligibility. It cannot be corrected post-submission.

What to Verify Before Submitting Your REAP 2026 Form

  • Name spelling — must match your Class 10 certificate exactly, including middle name and surname order.
  • Date of birth — enter as on your Class 10 passing certificate, not your Aadhaar.
  • Category — General / OBC / SC / ST / EWS / SBC / PwD; selecting the wrong category affects your rank band and seat eligibility.
  • JEE Main 2026 Application Number and Scores — verify against your official NTA scorecard before entering.
  • Domicile state — confirm whether you qualify for state quota or AIS quota before selecting.
  • Mobile number and email ID — all OTPs, allotment letters, and official communications are sent to these; ensure they are active and accessible.
  • Uploaded documents — preview each upload to confirm they are clear, complete, and in the correct file format and size.

Note: Once your REAP 2026 application form is submitted, no changes are accepted under any circumstances. Verify every detail — especially name, date of birth, category, and JEE Main scores — before clicking Submit. The absence of a correction window means even minor errors cannot be fixed after submission.

REAP 2024 Counselling

Counselling process is the final step in the REAP Exam which has been segmented in 3 or 4 rounds being mentioned below:

  • In the first special round (or spot round), Candidate of Non-Domicile of Rajasthan gets the opportunity for the seat allotment. 15% seats are reserved for such candidates so for the reserved seat admission is provided and the base is again the Merit List.
  • In the second segment of REAP Counselling candidate of Rajasthan Domicile are given chance to take admission in the engineering branch and engineering college as per the ranking in the merit list.
  • The third segment of REAP Counselling is known as “Upward Movement”. The benefit of this round is given only to the candidate of Rajasthan Domicile. This round is very important for those candidates who could not get an engineering branch and engineering college as per their choice or as per their higher preferences for the same.
  • In case seats of higher demand could not be allotted to the higher rank holder or admission to these seats could not be reserved and seats are still vacant then Upward Movement Round is commenced. Candidate, who got allotted other college or branch, will get another chance for admission to the branch and college of higher preference for which he made choice but could not get admitted. Such a candidate will be provided another allotment letter and with this allotment he will be able to report to that particular engineering college and engineering branch.

There is one exception of this advantage that if that candidate did not report to the earlier allotted college and did not submitted original documents, in such a case he will be disqualified for Upward Movement benefit.
