SRMS EET 2024 Application Form Release
The SRMS EET application form for 2024 is expected to be released in the last week of February 2024. The form can be filled out in both online and offline modes.
For offline submission, the application form must be submitted at any of the three SRMS campuses:
- Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly
- Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology & Research, Bareilly
- Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow
While filling out the application form, candidates must keep a passport-size photograph, self-signature, and the signature of the parents. Candidates can select their preferred exam center during SRMS EET registration 2024.

Application Fee

How to Fill SRMS EET 2024 Application Form?
The SRMS EET application form can be submitted in both online and offline modes. Applicants are advised to go through the eligibility criteria prescribed for the B.Tech programme thoroughly before filling up the application form.
Offline Mode
The application form can be submitted offline at any of the three SRMS campuses. The application fee must be paid through a demand draft in offline mode.
How to Apply for SRMS EET 2024
SRMS EET 2024 application forms can be submitted in two ways: online or offline. The offline mode requires the applicant to personally submit the form or send it by post.
For offline submission, the applicant can submit the form directly to any of the three institutions of SRMS Trust at Bareilly and Lucknow. The form can also be downloaded from the official website and sent by post.
Offline Application Submission
The downloaded SRMS EET 2024 application form must be filled as per the instructions given with the form. The completed form has to be submitted by post along with a Demand Draft of INR 1000/-.

The SRMS Trust admission office will not accept the application form after the last date of submission. This applies even if the delay is in receiving the form by post.

Online submission of the SRMS EET 2024 application form is a better option compared to the offline mode. Before starting the online application, keep a scanned self-photograph and signatures of self and parent or guardian ready.

Education Details
Complete information must be provided in the education details section. This includes the following:
- Medium of Instruction (Hindi, English or Others)
- Mode of Study (Regular / Other)
- Qualifying Exam Passed / Appearing (Status: Passed / Appearing; Name of the Board; Roll No. / Registration No.; Name and Address of School)
- If appeared in UPSEE 2017 OR JEE 2017 – Mention Roll Numbers
Choice of Campus and Engineering Branch
Applicants must mention their preference for each campus from 1 to 3. Preference for the engineering branch in each campus must also be mentioned.

General instructions are provided for filling in the SRMS EET 2024 application form by hand. These instructions must be followed carefully while completing the offline form.

Read the following instructions carefully before filling in the SRMS EET 2024 application form. Requests for corrections will not be entertained later.
- Refer to the specimen copy enclosed in this brochure.
- The application form should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
- Candidates should send only the original SRMS EET 2024 Application form and should keep a photocopy of the same.
- The application form scanning / processing is automated. Hence, take utmost care in writing with black ballpoint pen in the boxes wherever provided.
- Do not scribble, cut, tear or erase SRMS EET 2024 Application form.
- Make sure that no stray marks anywhere on SRMS EET 2024 Application form.
- The photograph, signature, and address of the applicant are to be scanned. So paste (do not staple) a recent colour photograph of good quality with white or light colour background.

- Candidate will have to mention preference for engineering branch and institution out of three Institutions of SRMS Trust.
- Candidate also require to mention preference for center for exam i.e. Bareilly and Lucknow.
- In "Payment Detail" select, the option given for payment of SRMS EET 2024 fee as is suitable.
- Write DD details if payment is to be done by DD in Payment Detail section.
- At the last of the Application Form, Parent or Guardian should also sign on specified field in SRMS EET 2024 application form.
- The application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in a language other than English will be rejected.
- Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference and quote the application number in all their future correspondence.

SRMS EET 2022 Application Form Correction
There is no option available to make correction in application form one after its submission whether through online mode or offline mode. Although, if candidate needs to change campus or engineering branch preferences, an application can be sent on email address of admission cell.
