UBTER JEEP 2026 Exam Dates
The UBTER JEEP 2026 application form has been released and can be filled out by April 15, 2026. The application fee for the UBTER JEEP 2026 exam is INR 800 for general and INR 500 for SC/ST categories. The application form can be submitted in both online and offline mode.

- A minimum 10+2 level degree is required for the UBTER JEEP 2026 exam.
- The high school or equivalent examination must be completed from a board recognized by the state or central government.
- According to UBTER JEEP 2026 eligibility, at least 35% marks must be secured in the qualifying examination from the school board.
The JEEP exam is held for admission to diploma courses in engineering, technology, textile design, garment technology, fashion design, and pharmacy. These courses are offered at government, women's, rural, aided, and private polytechnic colleges affiliated with UBTER. Candidates wishing to join the second year of the diploma in engineering through lateral entry must qualify for the Uttarakhand JEEP entrance exam 2026.

The JEEP Online Application is available on the Official Website of the Uttarakhand Technical Education Board. Application forms for all courses are issued from January 15, 2026, in online mode, and on January 20, 2026, in offline mode.

Registration:
- The application page will open on the screen.
- Fill in personal and address details such as date of Birth, Father Name, Gender, Category, Qualifying Exam, Aadhaar Number, etc.
- Click on the "Register Now" button.

Upload Scanned Image and Signature:
- After fee submission, candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature.
- Dimension should be 200×230 pixels for photograph and 140×60 pixels for signature.
- The file size should be 20 KB to 50 KB for photograph and 10 KB to 20 KB for signature.
- Click on the "submit" button.
- All required documents must be submitted in the Application Form.
- Select the examination center of choice while filling up the application form along with details like category or sub-category, name, gender, nationality, date of birth, personal and educational details.
- Keep a hard copy of the Application for further use.

UBTER JEEP Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the JEEP exam. The requirements are listed below.
- Qualification: Candidates must have qualified for the 10th /10+2 or equivalent exam (as applicable) from any recognized board.
- Percentage Criteria: Students should have obtained a minimum of 35% marks in the qualifying examination.

Tie-Breaking Rules for UBTER JEEP Merit List
When two or more candidates score the same marks in the entrance exam, the merit list is prepared using the total marks secured by those candidates in the qualifying examination.
If the tie continues, the total marks obtained in Section – A, Section – B, Section – C, and Section – D of the qualifying examination are considered. If a further tie remains, the Chairman of the Selection Committee breaks it by draw of lot.
UBTER JEEP 2025 Cut Off
UBTER JEEP 2025 cut off for different courses will be uploaded on the official portal. Cut off marks are the minimum marks required to qualify the examination.
The cut off marks are decided on the basis of the following factors:

UBTER JEEP 2025 Counselling
UBTER JEEP 2025 counselling is expected to start in July 2025. All interested candidates must register for counselling, and registration is done only through online mode.
Candidates are shortlisted for the counselling process based on their rank in the merit list. No counselling fee is required to appear in the process, and counselling is conducted in two rounds.

Seat Allocation
Seat allocation results are declared within a few weeks. Seats are allocated based on the candidate's rank, availability of seats, and filled choices, and candidates are informed via SMS. Students can download the allotment letter from the official website.
Report at the Allocated Institute
After seat allotment, students must report to the allotted institution with all documents within the specified time to confirm their seats. Otherwise, the seat is allocated to another candidate.

UBTER JEEP 2024 practice papers will be available after the exam gets concluded. UBTER JEEP 2024 exam will have a total 100 MCQs.
