VSAT 2024 Application Form Released
The VSAT 2024 application form is available on the official website, vignan.ac.in. The exam is scheduled to run from March 1 to April 30, 2024.
- The application fee for VSAT 2024 is INR 1200. There is no fee relaxation.
- Candidates with 60% aggregate marks in Class 12 can apply.
- Candidates can select any 2 exam centers in order of priority during registration.
VSAT (Vignan's Scholastic Aptitude Test) is conducted by Vignan's University, Guntur (A.P.). It is the qualifying exam for admission to the B.Tech programs offered by the university. VSAT 2024 will be held in online mode with multiple slots.

VSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be born after July 1, 1999, to apply for VSAT 2024. The other eligibility requirements are listed below.
- Must pass Class 12 or Senior Secondary Examination from a Recognised Board or University of India.
- Compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam must be Physics, Chemistry, and (Maths/Biology).
- Minimum required marks in the qualifying examination is 60%.
How to Fill VSAT 2024 Application Form
The VSAT 2024 application form is available in both offline and online modes. Applicants should check the eligibility criteria before applying.
Offline Mode of Application
The offline form can be obtained by post, from Indian Bank, or from Vignan Schools or Colleges. It can also be downloaded from the official VSAT website.
Applicants must send a DD of INR 1000 (exam fee) to the university's office address in Guntur. Those downloading the form should visit the official website, www.vignanunicersity.org.
General Instructions for Filling the Offline Form
- The form must be filled in the candidate's own handwriting.
- Send only the original application form and keep a photocopy.
- Use a black ballpoint pen in the boxes provided, as scanning is automated.
- Paste a recent colour photograph with a white or light background.
- Sign in the prescribed place using only a black ballpoint pen.
- Name, parent's/guardian's name, and date of birth must match the Class 10 or Higher Secondary certificate.
- Incomplete forms or forms filled in a language other than English will be rejected.

How to Apply for VSAT 2024
Visit the official website at www.vignanuniversity.org to begin the application process. Find the Admission link for VSAT 2024 and click on ‘Online Application Form for VSAT 2024’.
Register first by providing the necessary details. Then fill in the application form with personal, academic, and contact information.
- Click on next and upload the photograph and signature according to the given dimensions.
- Select the declaration field and click on ‘Submit’.
- The payment gateway will open as soon as you submit the application form.
- Choose a payment method: Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Do I need to send via post or upload my academic records with VSAT 2024 Application Form?
It is advisable to send photocopies of academic records and identity proof with the application form. During online submission, it is not required.
I have secured 59.7% marks in 10+2 examination; can I apply for VSAT 2024?
No, minimum aggregate marks must be 60%, so you are not eligible.

Is there any relaxation in Application Fee for VSAT 2024?
Vignan’s University has not proposed any relaxation on any basis for waiver or relaxation in the VSAT 2024 application fee. The application fee is INR 1000 for all applicants related to any category.
VSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The minimum aggregate marks required in Class 12 is 60%. A candidate with 59.7% marks is not eligible.
Any applicant can apply for VSAT 2024, regardless of their state of residence. Non-residents of Andhra Pradesh are eligible for the B.Tech Study Programme.
Applying Before Class 12 Results
Yes, you can apply for VSAT 2024 if your Class 12 result has not been declared yet.
Admission will be finalised only after you produce the certificate or mark sheet of the qualifying exam. If you fail to produce it, your candidature will be rejected, regardless of your performance in VSAT 2024.

VSAT 2024 Exam Pattern
The VSAT 2024 question paper is of Objective Type. It contains 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and the exam duration is 2 hours 30 minutes (180 minutes).

VSAT 2024 Exam Day Important Instructions
Candidates must follow specific instructions on the day of the VSAT 2024 exam. These rules are important for appearing in the test.
- A candidate will not be allowed to appear at the examination centre other than that allotted to him/her in the Admit Card.
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre/hall after the commencement of examination.
- After the invigilator has verified VSAT 2024 Admit Card of the candidate, he must sign on the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator and mention the hall ticket number also.
- The candidate should follow the instructions given by the invigilators in the examination room.
- Candidates should not indulge in any argument with the invigilators or other staff involved in the examination duty at the examination centre.
- Applicants should neither talk to each other nor discuss any matter during the examination.
- Those appearing in the exam should not disturb other candidates in the examination room and maintain complete silence during the examination.
- Candidates are not permitted to carry any electronic device and study material at examination hall like (Mobile, Bluetooth, Pager, watch, test series, books, model papers, etc.)
- The decision of Vignan University shall be final in all matters.
Results
VSAT 2023 Result
VSAT 2023 Result will be declared in the first week of June 2023 (tentatively). The result will be available in online mode on the official website of Vignan's University.
The result is announced after the evaluation of the online test. Candidates who qualify the minimum criteria can participate in VSAT 2023 Counselling.
Candidates need their Admit Card details, such as Roll Number or Registration Number, to check the result. The merit list is prepared based on the score of the VSAT 2023 examination.

VSAT 2023 Counselling

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment

VSAT 2024 Admit Card will be sent by post to the address of every candidate. Admit cards will reach candidate’s address at least one week before the examination.
Admit Card will also be made available at the official website. In case candidate has not received the admit card by post, candidate can download it from the website. Those who have received by post can also download from the website.
Candidate can follow following steps for downloading the admit card for VSAT Exam:
- Candidates first need to reach this link – www.vignanuniversity.org
- Since this is a direct link, candidates do not need to browse further.
- Candidate will now need to enter his/her application number or the hall ticket number (in case he/she knows it).
- Now Click on – ‘Submit.’
- Admit Card will appear on the screen.
- Candidates are advised to take at least two colored copies of Admit card, for examination purpose as well as for future reference.

Vignan University does not hold any kind of responsibility of providing admit card to those candidates which have filled their Application Form incorrectly.
In case a candidate does not receive his/her admit card, following steps can be taken:
- If admit card has not been received 7 days prior to VSAT 2024, candidates can report it to Dean Admissions of Vignan University.
- In case candidate still does not get the admit card, he/she can meet any University representative any day before the examination, along with photocopy of application form, demand draft and two attested passport sized pictures which were used in application form. University representative will then arrange an Admit Card for such candidates.

To be eligible to enter the examination hall, candidates must not forget to carry at least one Photo ID Proof, in original, along with the admit card. This ID proof will have to be produced in front of examining authorities for verification.

VSAT Exam Day Instructions
Exam Day Instructions
Candidates must follow the following set of instructions in order to avoid ineligibility for VSAT 2024 in the final moments before the start of exam:
- Candidates must not forget to carry the Admit Card. No students will be given entry without a valid Admit card.
- Candidates must not forget to carry one valid Photo ID proof along with the Admit Card, as mentioned above.
- Candidates must not tamper or alter any information on Admit Card. Admit Cards edited without authorization will not be accepted.
- Candidates must report to the examination center at least 30 minutes before the examination time.
- A live demonstration of online examination module will be arranged for candidates. Candidates are advised to view it carefully, so as to avoid any problem at the time of examination.
- Candidates need not carry any pen/pencil/paper along with them in the examination center. All necessities will be provided inside.
- Calculators, Log tables, Mobile Phones, Wrist Watches and Slide ruler are not allowed inside the examination hall.
- Candidates, under any circumstances, must not indulge in any kind of usage of unfair means.
