Natesan, the founder chairman of Sri Rengaswamy Educational Trust (SRET), it is part of an education brand called Excel Group. Excel Engineering College is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, approved by AICTE, recognised by the UGC, and accredited Grade A+ by the NAAC in 2025.
