FIMT College continues to grow and add new programs. To be able to deliver the best to its students , the management at FIMT College is inviting applications from professors with at least 10 years’ experience who have exhibited experience in handling administrative responsibilities coupled with good research/ publications etc. Leaders applying should have handled multiple roles in their colleges or externally and have good perspective of what is happening in the education Industry at the national level.

Such leaders will have to show different initiatives that they have taken during their career which has added to the education in India. They should be capable of converting Vision and mission into reality . Such leaders need to be value driven and should also be student centric.
