The PGPM Class of 2025 had an excellent placement season with participation from recruiters across industries. Esteemed marquee recruiters such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, FedEx, Infosys Consulting, Incedo, ADP, HCL, Tiger Analytics, etc. made a large number of offers. The placement season also saw participation from over 25 new recruiters including KPMG, IBM, Swiggy, Target, WNS Vuram, etc. recruiting from the program across various profiles despite the challenging placement scenario this year. The average CTC for PGPM increased to 17.8 lakhs per annum. The average outgoing CTC for the batch is 2.7x of the average incoming CTC, testifying the exceptional outcomes and career growth that our PGPM students have achieved in 1 year.
The profiles offered to students include diverse roles like Consultant, Assistant Manager - Marketing, Decision Science Practitioner, Business Strategist, Innovation Consultant, Management Accountant, Associate Product Owner, Presales & Marketing Specialist, Business Architecture Team Lead, Data Consultant, Assistant Manager – Customer Success, Advisory Services Analyst, Senior Business Consultant, etc.
Technology Consulting industry made the largest number of offers at 36%, followed by Business Consulting at 25% and IT/ITeS at 22%. Remaining offers were made by several new age as well as traditional industries including Fintech, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Logistics, Analytics, FMCG & Retail, E-Commerce, Media, Market Research, etc.
Consulting was the largest recruiting function with 61% of the offers, followed by Product Management at 12%, and Sales, Marketing & Business Development at 10%. Other recruiting domains included Operations, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Data Science, Project Management, Logistics, etc.
