ICFAI University

The ICFAI University, Nagaland has been notified by the UGC, under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 vide Notification F No.8-15/2009 (CPP-I) dated November 4, 2009.

The ICFAI University, Nagaland has been established under the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Nagaland Act 2006 passed by Legislative Assembly of Nagaland. The University has been notified under Notification No. HE/9-2/2004 (vol.1) Dated, 19-06-2008.

Like any UGC recognized Degrees of any University in India, students passing out from The ICFAI University Nagaland are eligible to appear for examinations like CAT, UPSC, GMAT, GRE, JRF etc.

UPSC Eligibility to sit in the UPSC examination is a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. The ICFAI University Nagaland students are eligible to sit in UPSC examinations.

CAT Eligibility for CAT is a Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks from a University established by Central or State Act.

As The ICFAI University Nagaland is a University established by the Act passed by the State Government, students are eligible for CAT and every year students of The ICFAI University Nagaland participate in the CAT Examination.
