The institute has food production training labs consisting of basic training kitchen, advance training kitchen, and bakery & and confectionary, which is at par the industry standards. Our food production labs are well equipped with all and necessary modern amenities and culinary equipment that allow the students to get personalized & singled attention and practical learning. Like a real kitchen of a restaurant or a hotel, it is equipped with cooking range, culinary & cutlery items, and personal work station for every student along with first-aid and other safety equipments.

IMB School of Hospitality has well equipped air conditioned multi-cuisine restaurant for practical training of basic and advance skills in F&B Service besides students are trained on the servicing aspects of ‘welcoming’, ‘waiting seating’, ‘complaint handling & resolution’, and other allied mannerisms and attributes in a modular restaurant with numerous role-playing which enables the students to grasp the real meaning of guest satisfaction.

There is fully equipped mock bar available for demonstrations and practical work, in the preparation and service of all kinds of beverage like cocktail & mocktail, liquor & liqueurs, wines & champagne, etc. The fully equipped bar at the institute allows the students to get a hands on experience at working a bar and to learn speed bartending techniques. The separate flair training area is lined with rubber mats on the floor to allow students to practice flair unhindered and continuously.

The college has a well-equipped industry standard front office lab. All operational aspects of front office like room reservation, check-in/check-out, guest relations, telephone handling, cashiering, guest accounting, revenue management etc. are taught to the students. The students are trained on the aspects of welcoming and greeting the guest, handling guest complaints, telephonic etiquettes, etc. through numerous role-play situations.

IMB School of Hospitality has well-equipped housekeeping lab with manual and mechanical cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals, well equipped laundry, linen room and standard bed room, where students are taught about the basics of hotel bed making, trolley set up, layout planning, linen management, uniform design, gardening and flower arrangement, as well as several other practical aspects of housekeeping. Students are imparted a hands-on experience on handling the house-keeping tools very effectively.

A fully equipped computer lab, connected to a network and internet, is accessible to students. Here, they receive practical training in various hotel management modules including guest check-in/check-out, hotel reservation, inventory management, accounts management, and administration.
