Managed by the Mar Athanasius College of Association is accredited by NAAC with an A+ grade. It offers 6 departments and 2 auxiliary departments of Mathematics and Humanities & and Science.

With B.Tech as the flagship program, MACE Kothamangalam provides M.Tech, MCA, and Ph.D across various specializations as well. MACE Kothamangalam conducts admissions based on the performance in state & all-India entrance examinations for their UG & PG programs. For B.Tech programs, admissions are accepted based on the Kerala Engineering & Architecture Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM) Score, followed by seat allotment through a counseling round.
