MCPC holds intensive career and placement training sessions, mock interviews, mock GDs etc. to sharpen your skills and equip you to meet the requirements of the recruiters. Marian has two full time Placement Officers having a good understanding of the current trends in industry who are committed to helping students to build up their careers. They meet students to discuss employment strategies, help to develop in them a job aspiring attitude and devise grooming modules for them. It is a meticulous blend of career counselling and skill assessment along with spells of practice interviewing, soft skill development, resume preparations and interactive sessions with leaders of industry etc. Marian has an enterprising interface with top industrialists and successfully instituted solid linkages with reputed organisations around the globe for the benefit of her job aspirants. The Marian Alumni which is very influential with proven technical prowess also provides assistance to them to spot proper placements and internships.
