Overview
GMC Khandwa, also called Government Medical College, is one of the seven new medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh. It was established in 2017.
The college is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU), Jabalpur. It is recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Courses Offered
GMC Khandwa offers MBBS, MD, and MS courses at the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels.
Admission Process
Candidates seeking admission to GMC Khandwa must clear the NEET UG and NEET PG exams. A valid NEET UG score is required for undergraduate admission.
After clearing NEET UG, candidates must register for the state-level MP NEET-UG Counselling. Admission is granted through this counselling process.
Campus and Infrastructure
GMC Khandwa is spread over 34 acres of land. The campus has a centralized air-conditioned library and secure hostel spaces for both girls and boys.
The college provides a cafeteria, gymnasium, e-library, and indoor sports facilities. The campus has 24-hour security and power backup.
