National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management - [NIFTEM]

NIFTEM (National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management) is a deemed university in Sonepat, Haryana. It is managed by India's Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI). The Government of India has conferred the status of "Institute of National Importance" on NIFTEM in the year 2021.

According to the NIRF 2022 rankings, NIFTEM has been ranked 127 in the engineering category. The institute conducts education and research in the food technology and management field. Academic programs offered at NIFTEM include BTech, MTech, MBA, and Ph.D. courses.

Admission to all the courses is based on the national-level entrance examinations. The institute accepts JEE Main entrance scores for granting admission to the NIFTEM BTech program. Candidates with a JEE Main rank between 25600-57700 are eligible to apply for the BTech Admissions 2022.
