Since the launch of the programs we have been receiving enthusiastic response from the industry looking at the great demand of construction managers as this program is a confluence of technical education with managerial applications.

Placement Office at NICMAR, Hyderabad is the centralized Campus Placement Division across courses established to assist corporates in gratifying their ‘Fresher & Skillful Hiring’ requirements through Campus Placements. PO acts as a single window for all the communications and coordination between the company and NICMAR, Hyderabad.

With increase in demand for knowledgeable, talented, and devoted people in the industry, the key focus of all the stakeholders in the NICMAR is to prepare students for their successful career progression and make them industry ready. The curriculum is aligned to the industry landscape by taking inputs from the Board who happened to be the veterans of CRIP sector, it becomes easier to provide exposure to students on emerging trends apart from fostering interactive sessions with business leaders.

The Placement season at NICMAR, Hyderabad is a year-long event, which starts in July- August every year and ends in the month of May-June. The continuous process of the season include mock tests, simulated GDs, mock interviews and various personality development courses. The placements are systematized majorly in 2 phases. Phase 1 is piloted in the pre-final semester whereas phase 2 is organized in the final semester for the graduating students. Over 100 + companies with National and International presence across the CRIP sector are invited to participate in the Annual Campus Placements at NICMAR, Hyderabad. After completion of their first year, Two year course students are mandated to undergo an internship programme to which assistance is also provided by PO which will enable exposure to functional areas in various departments of the Company.

Every year around 100+ companies visit NICMAR, Hyderabad from CRIP sector for placements/internships and other collaborations and with the help of such corporates we are able to deliver record breaking placements year – on – year. From L&T constructions to Gulf Contracting Company, Shapoorji Pallonji Group to TATA projects, be it Infrastructure or Consulting all major Indian/Overseas conglomerate companies visit NICMAR, Hyderabad for their hiring requirements.
