About the Institution
Regional Institute of Education (RIE) Ajmer is a state government university established in 1963. It is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU) and is accredited with a Grade A+ by the NAAC association. It is a constituent unit of the National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT), New Delhi, as well.
RIE Ajmer is ranked 20 out of 200 by College Dunia in 2025. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level programs in various disciplines. RIE Ajmer offers the four-year integrated B.Sc B.Ed program as its flagship course.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board to be eligible. Admission is carried out through the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2025 conducted by NTA. For the B.Ed program, applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, and selection is also done through the CEE 2025 conducted by NTA.
