The casualty department of SIMS has a team of technical staff, doctors and nurses with expertise in trauma management. The department is open for patients 24 x 7. It has a facility of 30 beds, treatment room, minor and major OT complex with cardiac monitor, mobile x-ray, pulse oxymeter, defibrillator etc. Also 24 x 7 ambulance service is available for patients.

The hospital has Four OPD rooms in all major departments like medicine, surgery, paediatrics, E.N.T, Ophthalmology, O.B.S & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics etc Facilities of Special Clinics like Diabetes, Spine, Immunization, Allergy and asthma clinic, Vertigo and headache clinic, Plastic surgery, Knee clinic, DOTS clinic, Drug deaddiction clinic, Suicide prevention clinic etc are also available in SIMS.

The hospital has eleven major & six minor operation theaters for routine as well as emergency operations.

The hospital has a licensed, modern state of the art Blood Bank that functions 24 hours a day and provides facilities for blood donation, storage, issue of whole blood and its components according to the need. Strict precautions are taken and testing is done to prevent any blood borne infection (HIV, HBV, HCV, VDRL etc). Blood is issued on exchange basis and patient requiring blood should arrange healthy blood donor for exchange of blood
