<p>XLRI Jamshedpur has a strong faculty team that supports its academic programs. The institute does not publish a single student-to-teacher ratio for the entire campus.</p><p>The faculty members are qualified to teach and guide students across the main program areas, including Business Management, Human Resource Management, General Management, and specialised fields like Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Faculty also support the fellow programs and executive education courses.</p><p>For the 2027-29 batch, the total intake across the two main PGDM programs is 600 seats. The PGDM in General Management adds 120 seats for experienced professionals. This gives a combined intake of 720 students across these three flagship programs.</p>
