<h2>Who Manages the Student Residences</h2>
<p>The Residence Management Team handles the daily operations of student residences on campus. The team also works to maintain the overall quality of life for residents.</p>
<p>The team includes Dr. Fr. V. Arockiya Das, SJ (Deputy Registrar- XIMB Campus), Mr. Arijit Mitra (Associate Dean of Student Affairs), Mr. Basant K. Mohanty, Ms. Smita Kanungo, and the student Residence Secretaries’ team. The Chief Residence Secretary leads the student team.</p>

<h2>Role of the Residence Management Team</h2>
<p>The team focuses on the personal development of each resident. They also uphold the fundamental spirit required for the residences to operate well.</p>
<p>Members of the team are available for both professional and personal advice. They are committed to supporting students in these areas.</p>

<p>The Residence Secretaries act as a connecting link between the student community and the administration. They help ensure communication flows between both groups.</p>
