<p>XIM University is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is the parent institution of the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM).</p>
<p>The university offers several management programs, including MBA in Business Management (BM), Executive MBA in Business Management (EMBA-BM), and EPGDM-VIL. It also offers a Ph.D program.</p>

<h2>Accreditation and Rankings</h2>
<p>XIM University holds SAQS accreditation for its MBA-BM, EMBA-BM, EPGDM-VIL, and Ph.D programs. This accreditation is part of the Faculty Development and Accreditation process.</p>

<h2>Convocation and Events</h2>
<p>The 12th Postgraduate (PG) Convocation Ceremony of XIM University was held recently. The Tenth Convocation of XIM University is also scheduled to be held.</p>
<p>The Foundation Day Lecture of Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University was held on multiple occasions.</p>
