BITS HD Admission Test Exam Pattern

Test I is compulsory for candidates taking the BITS HD Test. It contains 15 Core Mathematics questions and 15 English Language Skills and Logical Reasoning questions. Test II is used for most Higher Degree programmes except programmes with a separate test. The Software Systems and Environmental Engineering tests are applicable only to the respective programmes.
All questions are objective-type multiple-choice questions with four answer choices and one correct answer. Each correct answer carries 3 marks, each incorrect answer carries a penalty of 1 mark, and an unattempted question receives no marks. The questions and instructions are in English.
