INI CET 2026 Cut-off Percentile
The INI CET 2026 cut-off percentile for General, EWS, and foreign candidates is the 50th percentile.
INI CET 2026 Exam Pattern
The INI CET 2026 exam is a computer-based test conducted online. The question paper includes both single correct-choice and multiple correct-choice questions.

AIIMS PG (INI CET) 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for appearing at INI CET 2026 exam has been provided below. The exam is conducted for admission into MD/MS/DM-6yrs/MCH-6yrs and MDS courses.
INI CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold an MBBS degree for MD/MS/DM-6yrs/MCH-6yrs courses and a BDS degree for MDS courses. The degree must be from a university accredited by the National Medical Commission/Medical Council of India.
Applicants must complete 12 months of compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 31st January 2026 for all INIs. Candidates finishing their internship after 31st January 2026 cannot register for this examination.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
SC/ST categories: 50% in aggregate
OBC/EWS categories: 55% in aggregate
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD): the minimum aggregate for the category to which the candidate belongs applies
Sponsored Candidates: same minimum aggregate marks as mentioned above
For Indian National candidates who graduated from foreign universities, marks in the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) are considered instead of aggregate marks. The minimum qualifying marks are the same in this case.

INI CET 2026 Admit Card
The INI CET 2026 admit card is likely to be available for download from the 1st week of May 2026. It is a required document to appear for the exam.

Enter login credentials: Registration ID, Password, and Exam Unique Code (EUC) generated after the examination

AIIMS PG (INI CET) 2026 Cut Off
INI CET 2026 cut off marks for different AIIMS campuses will be available soon after the result is declared. The minimum INI CET 2026 cut off percentile for different categories is detailed below:
If two or more students obtain the same INI CET 2026 marks, a tie-breaking policy will be used. The policy ranks candidates based on the following rules:
Candidates with fewer negative responses in the INI CET 2026 exam will be ranked higher.
If the tie persists, students of older age will be considered for ranking.

The INI CET 2026 counselling process is held in four rounds. The tentative number of seats available in each specialty for the July 2026 session will be uploaded separately.
