JKCET 2025 Application Form
The JKCET 2025 application form is available online at the BOPEE website, jkbopee.gov.in. The JKCET 2025 exam is scheduled for April 12. The full schedule will be announced on the official website.
Last year, the JKCET application fee was reduced from INR 1200 to INR 1000.
How to Apply for JKCET 2025
The application process is conducted online only. Candidates must fill the form carefully as the same details will appear on the admit card.
JKBOPEE will not allow any correction in the application form after submission.
Step 1: Registration
- Visit the official JKBOPEE website at jakbopee.org or jakbopee.net.
- Click on 'CET Engineering 2025'.
- Click on the 'e-Application' tab.
- Read all the instructions displayed.
- Fill the registration form to get an Application Number.
- Click on 'submit' after filling all credentials.
- You will receive an application number after successful submission.
Step 2: Fee Payment
Payment can be made through the official website. Login to the candidate portal using the application number.
Click on the link 'Pay 1000' to make the payment.

- Offline via any branch of HDFC or J&K bank
- E Challan: Submit in any branch of HDFC Bank. Keep the transaction ID safe.
Choose a payment option, enter the card or bank details, verify, and pay. Note the transaction ID or Reference ID for future use.
Step 3: Filling Details in Application Form
After fee payment, fill in basic, personal, communication, and educational details.

Document Upload Requirements
Upload photograph, signature, and thumb impression during the application process. The maximum file size for each upload must be between 10-50 KB.
All uploaded files must be in JPG format.

JKCET 2025 Form Correction
For any correction in the JKCET 2025 form, candidates must visit the BOPEE office in Jammu or Srinagar. This must be done during working hours before the provisional merit list is issued.

Documents Required to Apply for JKCET 2025 Exam
Candidates should keep the following documents ready before they start filling the JKCET 2025 application form:

- Debit/Credit Card information
- Transaction ID of challan (in case of offline payment)
- Scanned Copy of Photograph
- Scanned copy of the signature

Documents to be Uploaded
Candidates have to upload scanned original or self-attested certificates in PDF format. The size of all the documents should be between 100-50 KB.
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh.
- In respect of Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.
- Qualifying marks certificate i.e. Class 12 certificate.
- Date of Birth Certificate i.e. Class 10 Certificate issued by the board.
- Reserved category certificate, if any.
- TFW certificate on the prescribed proforma.
Step 4: Uploading of Images & Documents
Candidates have to upload a recent passport size scanned photograph with a light background. The date and name of the candidate should be written on the photograph.

JKCET 2025 Form Correction
To make JKCET 2025 form correction, candidates must visit BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar during working hours before issuance of provisional merit list.
During this time period candidates can edit a few details like:
- Name of the Candidate
- Parent's Name
- Category
- Defects in documents can be corrected by uploading new documents etc.
What to do if I Forget Login Credentials?
Candidates who forget their application number or password can reset them by visiting the official website of JKCET.
Given below are the steps to follow to reset the password:
- Visit the official website
- Go to candidate login page
- Click on 'Forget Password'
- Password regeneration page will appear
- Reset password by using the OTP method or answering Security questions
- Enter the details and click on 'submit'
- Reset your password
- Login with the new password.
JKCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for JKCET 2025 exam, candidates need to fulfill the eligibility requirement.
- Age Limit: There is no maximum or upper age limit.
- Nationality: Applicants must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir state.
- Academic Qualification: Candidates should have passed their higher secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognized board. Aspirants who will appear for the 2025 qualifying examination can also participate. Candidates should have qualified and study English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
- Minimum Marks Required: Aspirants belonging to the general category should have possessed at least 45% of marks in the qualifying exam. For SC/ST candidates and for candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, the minimum marks required is 40% of marks.
