MHT CET Syllabus 2026: Official Details
The MHT CET Syllabus 2026 has been officially released by the STATE CET Cell, Maharashtra, on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The syllabus follows the Maharashtra HSC (Class 11 & 12) format. It gives 80% weightage to the Class 12 syllabus and 20% to the Class 11 syllabus.
- Candidates appearing for BPharma (PCB Group) exam have to study Biology instead of Mathematics.
- In PCM, 150 questions will be asked for 200 marks. Mathematics will carry 2 marks for each question, and physics and chemistry will carry 1 mark each.
- In PCB, 200 questions will be asked for 200 marks, each question carrying 1 mark. There will be 100 MCQ questions from Biology and 50 each from Physics and Chemistry.
- The MHT CET 2026 difficulty level will be at par with the JEE (Main) for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The difficulty level for Biology will be at par with NEET.
