MICA Admission Test Application Process 2026

MICAT 2026 Registration Started

MICA has started MICAT 2 registration 2026 on November 25, 2025. The application form is available online on the official website, mica.ac.in. MICAT phase 2 registration is open till January 29, 2026 (11.50 PM).

MICAT is a computer-based test conducted twice for PGDM-C and PGDM. The higher of the two MICAT scores will be considered for admission.

• MICAT 1 exam date 2026 is December 6, 2025.
• MICAT 2 exam 2026 is scheduled on February 13, 2026.
• MICAT score carries 50% weightage in shortlisting at MICA Ahmedabad. The other 50% weightage goes to CAT/XAT/GMAT score.

MICAT 2026 Application Fee

MICAT 2026 registration fee has been increased from Rs 2100 to Rs 2500 for one course. For each additional course, candidates have to pay Rs 500 extra.

• Candidates applying for both PGDM and PGDM-C have to pay INR 3,000.

MICAT 2026 Application Process Overview

The MICAT 2026 application process is completed online in four steps. These steps are registration, filling the form, paying the fee, and printing the form.

Step 1: Register

Registration is the first step to apply for the PGDM-C course at MICA Ahmedabad. Candidates must visit the official MICA Ahmedabad website and click on the "Apply Online" button.

• Choose between "New registration" and "Already registered users".
• New users will see an instructions page after clicking on New Registration.
• The registration form requires the candidate's name, email ID, and mobile number.
• Applicants must click the "I agree" button and submit the MICAT Registration form.
• A confirmation page with the candidate's ID and password appears after final submission.

Step 2: Fill MICAT Application Form

Candidates must fill in several sections in the MICAT 2026 application form. The details include personal, academic, and contact information.

• Other Personal Details: Date of Birth (DOB), Gender, Age, Nationality, Marital status, Parents' Name, academic qualification, and Correspondence Address.
• Address and Center Choice: Permanent Address, Contact Details, and Choice of Center. The applicant can select 3 MICAT Exam Centers and also the GE/PI center, if selected.
• Qualification Details: Class 10, Class 12, Graduation, Master/PG, and Employment Experience details.
• Other Exam Scores: CAT/XAT/GMAT Details and Uploading Photograph and Signature.

Candidates must follow the given specifications for the photograph and signature while uploading them.

Step 3: Payment of MICAT 2026 Application Fee

The application fee is INR 2100 for all categories. Candidates can pay the fee via both offline and online modes, including Online, Cash (SBI only), or Demand Draft.

Pay via Online Mode

1. Click on the "Online Payment" button.
2. Choose the suitable option and enter all required details.
3. Click on the "Pay" button.
4. A Payment Receipt will be generated after successful payment.
5. Take a printout of the Payment Receipt by clicking the "Print" button.

Pay via Cash (SBI only)

• Click on the "Payment through SBI Bank" button.
• Take a printout of the SBI Bank Challan.

The SBI Bank Challan has 3 parts. The candidate must pay the application fee against this challan at an SBI Bank and collect 2 parts of the challan. One part is the Candidate's copy, and the other is the MICA Ahmedabad copy, which must be signed and sent to the MICA Ahmedabad collection centre.

Pay via Demand Draft

• The Demand Draft must be drawn in favour of "MICA Ahmedabad" payable at Ahmedabad.
• Select the mode of Payment as Demand Draft.
• A payment advice form will appear after selecting this option.
• Take a printout of the form and send it to the MICA Ahmedabad collection centre along with the DD.

Step 4: Print MICAT Registration Form

This is the final step of MICAT 2026 Registration. After the fee payment, candidates must verify all details in the application form.

2. Click on the "Edit Button" to change any information, if needed.
3. Click on the "Submit Button" after making changes.
4. Take a printout of the MICAT 2026 Application Form.
