IIM Jammu

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) of the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, India (IIMJ) aims at the professional development of faculty members of institutions of management education It is a programme that provides rigorous training in general management principles, pedagogical techniques (including case method), cutting-edge research methods, and advanced topics in specialized areas. Based on the requirement of the Institutes, it can be conducted online, offline and blended mode.

The FDP is designed explicitly for management teachers and researchers employed in universities, management schools, colleges, universities, and professional institutes. Instructors, Lecturers working at various training colleges/centres/universities in central and state are also welcome to apply. The FDP will empower participants to learn and get exposure to effective and newer pedagogical techniques, gain expertise in diverse research methodologies, and learn advanced specific management topics.
