Prof. Shailesh B. Sargade Ph.D. (Pursuing, University of Mumbai), M.Com (Business Management), MMS (Marketing), UGC- NET, MH- SET

Mr. Shailesh Sargade is an Assistant Professor with over 13 years of academic experience in Management Education, specializing in Marketing. His teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Design Thinking. He believes in creating industry-oriented learning experiences through case studies, simulations, startup mentoring, and experiential pedagogy that bridge classroom concepts with real-world business practices.

He has actively contributed to institutional development through key responsibilities in NBA Accreditation, NAAC, QS Rankings, and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)

Mr. Sargade has served as NBA Criteria Convenor, IIC Convenor, and Institute Representative for QS Rankings. He has mentored Smart India Hackathon finalist teams for three consecutive years, including mentoring a winning team, and has organised startup competitions to foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.

His academic contributions include editing two Management Case Study books, securing a Design Patent, presenting research at the University-level Aavishkar Research Convention, receiving Best Research Paper Awards at National and International Conferences, and being recognised as an AICTE Best Innovation Ambassador. As a Resource Person, he regularly delivers sessions on Marketing, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and the Startup Ecosystem, promoting experiential learning and industry-academia collaboration.

Prof. Gireesh Shubham Jha is a UGC-NET qualified Commerce academician with four years of teaching experience in reputed Educational institutions.

His areas of expertise include Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Business Economics, and Corporate Valuation. He is committed to delivering concept-driven, application-oriented learning that bridges academic knowledge with practical business and financial perspectives.
