The Compensation Training and Certification Programme was organized by Gaurang Publishing Globalize Pvt.Ltd. and conducted by the Department of Human Resources on 17th December, 2022 from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. in Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management – at Room no. 610, Seminar Hall.

This Certification Programme was intended to provide comprehensive knowledge of the elements of compensation structure, managing cost to the company and preparing the payroll.

After the registration and breakfast, the event was inaugurated by Prof. Anusha Patil, HOD-Human Resources & Convener. Dr. Priyadarshini Nidhan, Convener introduced the resource person Mr. Surya Mukherjee Vice President –Incred Financial Services.

Mr. Surya Mukherjee Vice President –Incred Financial Services shared his expertise interspersed with industry wise real life examples with the participants. The participants consisted of 44 students from MMS Semesters 3 &4.

This was followed by the Valedictory session. The participants shared their key learnings from the session and expressed their confidence that they will now be able to design a compensation package independently. Dean-Academics Dr. V B Angadi shared his profound insights and suggested that compensation must factor in an individual’s commitment to work and organization also. Director Dr. C. Satyanarayana and Dr. V B Angadi distributed certificates to all the successful participants. The programme came to a close with the vote of thanks by Dr. Priyadarshini Nidhan.

The Compensation Training and Certification Programme was a great success was much appreciated by all the participants. The photographs of the Programme are attached.
