Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Exam Cut Off

The AME CET 2026 cutoff is the minimum qualifying score required to be eligible for counselling and admission at participating institutes. The official qualifying cutoff is released with each phase result on amecet.in.

Based on past trends, the minimum qualifying score to be eligible for counselling is generally between 100 to 110 marks out of 360. For admission at popular DGCA-approved AME licence institutes, you should target 150+ marks to be competitive when seats are limited. Candidates scoring 180 and above qualify for higher scholarship tiers at most participating institutes.

Cutoff can vary between phases — Phase III usually has a lower cutoff than Phase I because the candidate pool is smaller. There is no separate category-wise cutoff officially announced for AME CET. A single qualifying cutoff applies. Individual institutes may set their own minimum score requirements for specific courses, which can differ from the central qualifying threshold.

The Phase I cutoff was released with the May 17, 2026 result and the Phase II cutoff was released in the third week of June 2026. The Phase III cutoff will be declared with the Phase III result in the third week of July 2026. Check amecet.in for the official announcement.
