OUAT 2025 Application Form B Released
Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology has released the OUAT 2025 Application Form B on May 22, 2025. Candidates must submit Form B by June 20, 2025.
Candidates have to register online with their application number and password to fill out the application form. The edit option for Form B will be available until the last date of form submission.
The official accepts no hard copy of the OUAT application form. Candidates are advised to take a printout of both forms as it might be required in the future.

How to Fill OUAT 2025 Application Form
First, you must register with your valid email ID and mobile number. Following this, a mobile and email OTP verification must be done.
You will be redirected to a separate page for filling in personal details, communication details, choice of minimum 3 test centers, and subject preference. According to OUAT 2025 image uploading guidelines, you must also upload your photograph and signature within the 200 KB size limit.
OUAT 2025 application fee is INR 1500 for all categories.
OUAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Only those candidates that meet OUAT 2025 eligibility requirements should apply for the test. The various criteria are given below:
Academic Qualifications
- UG Courses: Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks (40% aggregate for reserved category and PwD candidates) in the qualifying exam of higher secondary or equivalent level. They should have opted for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subjects depending on the course they wish to pursue.
- PG Courses: Students must have secured at least 60% aggregate or 6.60/10 OGPA (50% marks or 5.60/10 CGPA for reserved category and PwD candidates) in the qualifying exam of the respective Bachelor's degree.
- Doctorate Courses: Candidates should have obtained at least 65% marks or an OGPA of 7 on a 10-point scale in the Master's degree examination.
Nationality
Indian nationals domiciled in the state of Orissa as well as applicants of foreign origin can apply for the entrance test. The domicile requirement of candidates will be given in the prospectus.
Foreign nationals should meet the academic eligibility criteria to be admitted into the courses offered by the university. They must note that they will have a separate admission process.
Age Limit
The lower age limit for all UG courses is 17 years as of December 31, 2025. The university has not prescribed any upper age limit for PG and Ph.D. courses.

OUAT 2025 application form is available on the official website ouat.ac.in. Candidates can submit the application forms only through the online mode.
Candidates who apply for the test by paying the prescribed application fees can appear for the test. OUAT 2025 application process comprises 3 main steps: Registration and filling of Application Form, Payment of Fees, and Uploading Documents.

How to Fill OUAT 2025 Application Form
The OUAT 2025 application process is completed online in three steps. Candidates must register, pay the fee, and upload documents.
Step 1: Registration and Filling the Application Form
- Go to the official website and click on the link 'Submission of Online Application Form for OUAT Common Entrance Examination 2025'.
- Provide a valid email address, mobile number, and Aadhaar number or enrollment number for registration.
- Enter the correct mobile number because the university will send an SMS with an OTP to validate it.
- Fill in personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, religion, and category.
- Fill in academic details and communication details such as address, email ID, and mobile number.
- Click on 'Register and Proceed' after filling all fields.
- A computer-generated application ID and password will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number.
- Use this unique ID and password to log in to the applicant's login page.
Step 2: Payment of Application Fees
Every applicant must pay the non-refundable application fee for the OUAT 2025 common entrance test. The fee can be paid online or offline.
- Pay online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
- Enter the required payment details on the bank page.
- Save the receipt of the transaction and print it out.

OUET 2025 Application Form B for UG Programs
Students who appear for the OUAT 2025 entrance exam must fill out an additional form after the exam. This form will be available on the official website once the exam is concluded.
Form B has two steps: filling the online application form and attaching necessary documents.

How to Reset OUAT 2025 Registration Login Password?
You will get an application number for OUAT 2025 during the registration and application process. If you forget your password, follow the steps below to retrieve it.
