Qualifying Cutoff (Entrance Exam)
- General / OBC / EWS: 100 marks out of 200 (50%)
- SC / ST: 80 marks out of 200 (40%)

Expected Rank vs Composite Score
- 80 and above: Top 100
- 75 – 80: 100 – 400
- 70 – 75: 400 – 800
- 65 – 70: 800 – 1,500
- 60 – 65: 1,500 – 3,000
- Below 60: 3,000 and above
General category ranks up to ~1,000 generally secure admission in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.V.Sc. Ranks 1,000–4,000 may get Agriculture, Horticulture, or Forestry at regional colleges. SC/ST candidates typically get admission at about 1.5 to 2 times the General category closing rank.
Cutoff depends on paper difficulty, number of qualified candidates, seat availability, and board marks distribution.
