RUET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
RUET 2024 eligibility is based on academic qualification and minimum secured marks in the qualifying exam.
Academic Qualification:
- For UG Program: Must pass 10+2 from recognised State Board of Education or Central Board of Education or equivalent with minimum 50% Marks
- For PG Program: Must have 3-years graduation degree from any recognized university or institute with minimum 50% Marks
- For Ph.D. Program: Must have Master Degree in Subject applied for Ph.D. Programme from any recognized university or institute with minimum 55% Marks
Age Limit:
- No Age Limit is applied for RUET 2024
RUET 2024 Application Form
RUET 2024 Application Form will be available from the second week of March 2024. The form can be obtained through both online and offline modes.
The applicant can buy the application form from any campus of Rama University or apply online through the official website of Rama University. The prescribed fee for RUET 2024 application form is INR 1000.
Offline process:
- Buy application form from any campus of Rama University
- Fill it as per the instruction given with the form
- Fill an additional form for Admit Card
- Paste Photograph on the Application form for RUET 2024 and Admit Card
- Deposit filled up RUET Application form directly to Rama University campus with a prescribed fee or send it through the post to campus
RUET Registration and Exam Details
RUET Registration process will start soon on the official website – ramauniversity.ac.in. The prescribed fee for RUET 2024 application form is expected to be INR 1000 for all candidates.
The exam consists of 120 objective type multiple choice questions of equal weightage. RUET (Rama University Entrance Test) is a national aptitude test for aspirants of Graduate, Postgraduate, and Research courses offered by Rama University.
RUET 2024 is expected to be conducted from the second week of June 2024 for UG courses, the third week of June for PG courses, and late July 2024 for PhD courses in offline mode. Duration of the exam for UG and PG test will be 2 hours and 3 hours for PhD Programmes.
The test paper consists of 3 sections and each section has different weightage and a different number of questions.
RUET 2024 Application Process
The application form for RUET 2024 can be submitted online or offline. The offline process requires sending the form to The Entrance Cell, Rama University, Rama Medical College Campus, Rama City, Mandhana, Kanpur (U.P.) 209 217.
Offline Payment and Form Rules
- Payment can be made by depositing the amount in the University's bank account or through a DD in the name of Rama University.
- If paying by DD, the DD should be in the name of "Rama University, payable at Delhi / Kanpur".
- Do not staple photographs on the application form and admit card.
- Leave the space for roll number blank.
Online Submission Steps
Online registration for RUET 2024 starts on the official website of Rama University, www.ramauniversity.ac.in. The process is completed in a series of steps after registration.

- Go to admission and click on apply online.
- Click on "Register Now".
- Fill in Name, address, country, state, city, email address, and program.
- Click on "Continue".
- Registration confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
- Click on the verification link given in the email from Rama University.
- Return to the same webpage where registration was done.
- Fill in the user name and password as mentioned in the registration email.
- Click on the submit button.
- The application form will be displayed on the screen.
- Select center name, faculty code, and course code from the drop-down menu.

The application form requires personal details, photographs, and scanned documents. The date of birth must match the one in the 10th class certificate.

Submission and Fee Payment

- Or deposit the fee amount to the bank account of Rama University and send the deposit receipt via email mentioning the unique ID number.
RUET 2024 Admit Card
The Admit Card for RUET 2024 will release in the 1st Week of June for UG courses and PG courses at the official website, ramauniversity.ac.in. The admit card is a compulsory document to carry within the examination hall.
How to Get the Admit Card
Admit cards are distributed based on the mode of application. Offline applicants will receive the card by post, while online applicants can download it from the website.
- Applicants who applied through offline mode will get the admit card via post.
- Applicants who applied through online mode will get it on their registered email.
- Online applicants can also download it from Rama University's website using the unique ID number and password.

RUET 2024 Exam Pattern
RUET 2024 is an offline pen and paper-based exam. The duration is 2 hours for UG and PG programs and 3 hours for the Ph.D. program.

Marking Scheme
The exam is of total 120 marks with objective type multiple choice questions. There is no negative marking.

RUET 2024 Syllabus
The RUET 2024 syllabus has 3 sections, and each section has a different weightage of marks. The syllabus is as displayed by RAMA University.
For UG programs, the syllabus is based on the UP Secondary Board Syllabus up to Class 10th and the Higher Senior Secondary & Senior Secondary syllabus of Class 11th and 12th standard. The syllabus content is separate for every group to account for the different backgrounds of applicants.
For PG programs, the syllabus is based on the Class 12th and graduation syllabus related to the program applied for by the applicant.

Prep Tips for RUET 2024
Candidates are advised to follow the below-mentioned prep tips for the Rama University Entrance Exam.
- Create a Time Table: The first step is to create a time schedule and time table. Decide how many subjects and topics you can cover in an hour, day and week. A time table helps you stick to a set plan. Through a time table, you can cover the topics, have time to revise and also have time to rest. A planned schedule will keep you on track. Being lethargic will only make matters worse.
- Solve Previous Years' Question Papers: The best way to know what will come in the entrance exam is by solving previous years' question papers. You will understand the type of questions asked, the sections, the weightage of marks and how the questions are framed. Test yourself by solving the question paper according to the time set.
- Do Revisions: Revision is key. After studying for the day, revise the work to better understand the topic studied and memorise the notes better. The best way to revise is by jotting down points. RUET 2024 Counselling Process
Counselling begins after the RUET 2024 result is declared. The university publishes the names of shortlisted applicants on its website along with the rank-wise date and time for counselling.
