Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Nagpur is serving the society with the motto of “Service to Humanity” in the field of oral health care, education and research since its established in 1968. My journey with this prestigious institute have started as an undergraduate student and I’m fortunate enough to complete my post-graduation also from this institute.. I am privileged enough that my teachers had changed my Life with the right mixture of chalk and challenges. Afterward I have served this institution in various capacities as a faculty till 2008. The effect of teaching-learning from GDC Nagpur never stop influencing me. I think this impression is going to last till eternity. The services rendered by our alma mater are recognized at national & international levels. The existing repute and excellence is the result of culminating efforts and contribution of Deans. HODs, teachers and alumni over the years. The college is making remarkable progress under the dynamic 1eadership of present Dean Dr. Abhay Datarkar. I wish that my alma mater to attain the topmost position at the national/ international level.
