XIC OET 2026: Exam Dates

The XIC Entrance Test (XET) 2026 will be conducted online on 12th, 18th and 19th April 2026. Zoom interviews are scheduled for 24th, 25th, and 26th April 2026.

Admit Card and Login Details

• The XET date and time will be mentioned in the admit card, which will be provided upon registration.
• Login credentials for the online test will be shared via email before the assigned time slot.

No Show

• If fees are not paid within the given period, the candidate's seat will be forfeited, and the next candidate on the waitlist will be approached.

XIC OET 2026 Eligibility

Students must meet the eligibility criteria to take admission in the diploma programmes offered at Xavier Institute of Communications. If a student's eligibility criteria do not match, their candidature will be cancelled.

• Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
• Students must have completed three years of Graduation from any stream such as Arts, Commerce, Science, BMS, BE, Catering etc that is approved by the university.
• Age of the candidate must be 35 years or below to apply for the entrance exam.
• Students who are appearing in the final year can also apply for admission.

XIC OET 2026 Application Form

Students can download the application form through online mode only. It cannot be obtained through any other offline mode. Students who have successfully completed and submitted the application form can appear for the entrance test.

Selection for a course is based on Group Discussion, Personal Interview, or Skype Interview. Students who qualify for the Skype Video Interview or Personal Interview are informed by the test supervisor immediately after the online test.

Candidates may need to wait for at least an added hour for the Skype video to take place. Depending on the course, students must appear for either a group discussion or an interview.

XIC OET Selection Process

Admission to Xavier Institute of Communication (XIC) diploma courses is based on the XIC OET entrance test and a further round. The further round depends on the course applied for.
