“20th FICCI Higher Education Summit 2025: Forging Global Pathways to Transform Education”,The 20th FICCI Higher Education Summit, held on October 6–7, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, brought together global leaders, policymakers, academicians, and industry experts to discuss innovations in higher education.

The Summit featured conferences, exhibitions, masterclasses, workshops, and networking sessions, alongside the prestigious FICCI Higher Education Excellence Awards. Key topics included the integration of AI in education, fostering faculty excellence, and building resilient, future-ready institutions

Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways, highlighted the nation’s young talent and the importance of innovation, research, and practical education. Global experts emphasised ethics, creativity, and international collaboration as key drivers of higher education transformation.Suryadatta Educational Foundation felicitated foreign delegates, showcasing the spirit of cross-cultural learning and collaboration. The Summit reinforced the vision of a sustainable, inclusive, and future-ready higher education system in India.

IPS Mr. Sunil Phulari and Special Inspector General (IG) for Kolhapur and five other districts engaged in an insightful interaction with the students, where he not only shared his experiences but also actively answered their questions. He addressed various queries posed by the students, providing valuable insights into leadership, law enforcement, and societal responsibilities. His thoughtful responses resonated with the young generation, offering them practical advice and guidance. Mr. Phulari encouraged the students to think critically, stay committed to their goals, and be proactive in contributing to the betterment of society. His interaction was an inspiring session, leaving students motivated and empowered to pursue their aspirations with determination.Mr Phulari briefly touched upon the policing, law & enforcement & relationship between the police & public. He enlightened the students by elaborating the crime & its evolving nature these days with the outbreak of technology & social media, like cybercrime. He specifically emphasised on the importance of community policing, public trust, Initiatives for better police- public engagement & role of social media in policing. He also touched upon common cyber threats (digital arrests, financial frauds etc), safe internet practices and legal recourse for cybercrimes, role of police in digital forensics and cyber security. He answered one of the questions & concerns about women safety & legal provisions by explaining laws protecting women & how students can contribute to gender sensitization. He also provided career guidance and motivation for students interested in law enforcement. All in all, his session cum interaction was highly engaging, insightful, and relevant to students’ academic and professional aspirations During the program Mr. Sunil Phulari, IPS Officer was conferred with the esteemed Suryadatta Suryabhushan National Award 2025. This prestigious award was conferred for excellence in the field of Leadership in Law Enforcement and Service to the Nation. Mr. Phulari, who has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to community welfare, law enforcement, and leadership excellence, was awarded for his exemplary contributions to public service. The award ceremony was followed by a special interaction session under the Indian Knowledge System where Mr. Phulari shared his wealth of experience and knowledge with students, leaving a deep impression on them.During the interaction Founder President & Chairman Suryadatta Education Foundation Professor Dr. Sanjay Chordiya, who addressed the students with an inspiring message. He urged the students, “While pursuing education, do not limit it to personal development alone. Use your education for the betterment of society and the nation. Every experience in life shapes your future, so make every moment count.”In an effort to maintain a disciplined and distraction-free environment, Professor Dr. Sanjay Chordiya has urged all students to refrain from using expensive mobile handsets during college hours. He has emphasized the importance of keeping handsets either on silent mode or switched off while on campus to ensure that students remain focused on their academic responsibilities. Prof. Chordiya’s words resonated deeply with the students, inspiring them to think beyond personal achievements and focus on contributing to the collective progress of society. His message encouraged students to see education as a powerful tool for social change and national development.
