Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download AIMA UGAT 2025 Admit card from June 9, 2025, on the official website. Admit card contains the information related to the candidate's name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date and Test Venue Address.

Candidates are advised to bring the valid AIMA UGAT 2025 Admit Card at the examination center.

Exam Pattern

AIMA UGAT 2025 exam was conducted on June 14, 2025. The exam is conducted for Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com. It will be an offline paper-based test (PBT).

As per AIMA UGAT 2025 exam pattern, the test is generally held in three hours. Out of which total 2 hours are allotted for MBA, BBA, BCA and total 3 hours for BHM courses.

The paper comprises 130 MCQs for BCA, BBA, IMBA while there will be 180 MCQs for BHM. There is only one mark for correct answering and also negative marking implies incorrect attempts.

AIMA UGAT 2025 Tie-breaking Criteria

The tie-breaking criteria decide the rank order when candidates have equal scores. The following rules apply in sequence.

• Candidates with a higher percentage of marks in the qualifying examination will be ranked higher in order of merit.
• If the marks are the same, then candidates obtaining a higher percentage of marks in the exam shall rank higher in order of merit.
• If both criteria above are also the same, then candidates with senior age shall rank higher in the merit list.

AIMA UGAT 2025 Cutoff

After the result is declared, various management institutions accepting UGAT will release their cutoff. Candidates who score more than the cutoff marks will be shortlisted for the further selection process.

The selection process consists of Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. On the basis of the cutoff marks, the merit list will be prepared. Students will be ranked in the merit list based on their cutoff marks.
