Government Law College

Government Law College, Thiruchirappalli, also known as GLC Trichy, was established in 1979. It is a government college located in Thiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. GLC Trichy is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University, Chennai (TNDALU) and approved by the Bar Council of India.

It is administered by the Tamil Nadu’s Department of Legal Studies. GLC Trichy offers LLB as its flagship course. Admission to the LLB program is based on Academic Merit through counseling, and candidates must possess a Graduation Degree with at least 45% marks.

GLC Trichy fees for the LLB program, the first year, are INR 1,409. Built on a 13-acre campus, GLC Trichy has an average placement record as per students’ reviews, and a dedicated moot court hall is also set up for mock trials and advocacy training.
