XLRI Jamshedpur offers postgraduate diploma programmes in management, both as full-time residential courses and as virtual or online options. The flagship programmes are the two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), with specialisations in Business Management (BM) and Human Resource Management (HRM). There is also a one-year PGDM in General Management (GM) for experienced professionals.
For the residential programmes, the total tuition fee for the two-year PGDM in Business Management is INR 30.50 Lakhs. The one-year PGDM in General Management has a total tuition fee of INR 25.80 Lakhs. Hostel and mess expenses are charged extra for these programmes.
The virtual or online programmes are also two years in duration. These include a PGDM in Finance, a PGDM in BM, and a PGDM in HRM. The total tuition fee for the online PGDM in Finance is INR 14.80 Lakhs.
