HNLU Raipur is a fully residential campus. The university provides separate Halls of Residence for boys and girls.

First-year students are given a two-in-one room. From the second year to the fifth year, single-occupancy rooms are provided.

There are 800 rooms furnished with cots, tables, and storage space. Each room has an individual balcony. Water coolers are available on each floor. There is a separate PG for girls with a capacity of 30 students.

The hostels have a dining hall with a capacity of 150 students at a time. There is a hygienic mess and a clean, well-maintained cafeteria offering a variety of food options. Electrical heating systems are provided for shower rooms.

The hostel fee is between INR 9,000 to INR 15,000 annually.

Hostels are equipped with common rooms and indoor games. Wi-Fi is available in all hostels. Laundry availability, security guards, and CCTV in public areas are also provided. The common areas are maintained regularly in a clean and tidy manner. The hostels are located within walking distance of the academic blocks.
